The first thing we ask from refugees/status-holders is that they send us their CV !
Your name, age, address and then off course your education or work-experience and which kind of work/companies would be of interest to you.
Amongst others we organise visits to different kinds of companies, so called Network- Business Days, to introduce you to the Dutch world of business, organisations and companies. Giving you a chance to get connected and enlarge your network.
Also we have Education Days, with courses on the ‘how why and what’ of the dutch work etiquettes and ethics. Showing you your way around with all the governmental and other organisations, laws and rights.
We are always looking for more people to help grow and strengthen our network in every possible way. Either having connections, wanting to join Business Days or teaching during our EducationDays. Please feel free to conact us if you think you can in any way contribute.
To empower refugees/statusholders and give them a fair chance of getting to know the dutch working-floor we are looking for companies who are willing to host a Business Day.
What we ask of you :
- A morning or an afternoon with 5 -20 refugees/statusholders visiting your company.
- the effort to show them around and tell them about your business (in english)
- covering of the travel expenses of the refugees/statusholders
We will make sure to compose a group of people with an education/work experience or interest in your workfield. And if wanted we will make a report of the day on our website.
It will be a valuable day for both sides with exchanging a lot of stories and knowledge. One you will not regret nor forget.
